We hope you’re all looking forward to our release on the first of the month! March first will be delivering the new album by Visuelle Musik,Solmis’olre Domir’emi.
Visuelle Musik is the current solo project of Mathias Brussel from Main, Germany. Brussel is a multi-media artist and software engineer. His music mainly consisted of concepts for varying events ranging from film to concerts to installations, lectures, and a variety of media platforms. The project is focused on transcoding different aspects of reality, applying different concepts to generate music from graphics, visuals from music, graphic from text… by adding further associations using field recordings and real instruments, the music is allowed to evolve. Incredibly interesting work that I can’t stop listening to myself. Can’t wait for you all to hear it. It will come with a PDF booklet which will go in depth about the creation of his music. Definitely a release to have.
Also in the last week of March (possibly as late as April 1st), the newest album by Clark Nova Portable will be released. Another must. Both artists are featured on the upcoming Various Artist release “The Luxus-Arctica Comprehensive Field Guide to Ambient Music of the Creative Commons, Vol. 1”. – this will be a bit more involved, but essentially the same as the now defunct idea/project “Luxx-Cast”. We look forward to releasing that as well. Stay tuned…
